The Cookshack Super Smoker Elite Series Electric Smoker features stainless steel construction and 850 degree Spin-Glass insulation， keeping the internal temperatures consistent and the outside cool to the touch. Digital technology allows you to cook your meat at a temperature. The Super Smoker Elite electronic controller allows smoke cooking by setting the desired cooking temperature and monitoring the internal meat temperature with its commercial quality meat temperature probe. The LED panel displays the cooking temperature and the internal meat temperature.
