Cleanup is also simple with a removable grease tray. This natural gas griddle is made entirely of 304 grade stainless steel for long lasting durability in outdoor environments. The 400 square inch cooking surface is covered by two independent heat zones， allowing you to cook simultaneously at different temperatures. Constructed with safety in mind， LED lights in the knob bezels will glow orange when the burner is lit. If the light turns blue while in use， this indicates there is no longer a flame present. Includes a stainless steel cover and requires a 120V connection.
