The All Grill reaches up to 50，000 BTUs， allowing for precise heat control from low and slow to searing， and features double-sided grill grates with 525 sq. Inches of cooking area over two U-burners. These durable cast stainless steel grates are curved， making one side perfect for delicate foods like fish and vegetables， and the other side perfect for searing steaks and capturing grease. The Grease Management System and removable drip tray make cleaning effortless. As a safety feature， intuitive LED lights in the knob bezels glow white when the grill is on and orange when the burner is lit. Includes a stainless steel cover and requires a 120V power connection.
