Reaching temperatures of up to 932 degrees Fahrenheit with its 13648 BTUs， this roaring hot oven will finish your pizzas in a single minute. Lightweight and small， it can be quickly made compact， and carried anywhere. The sleek look comes from its commercial grade cold-rolled carbon steel shell， with a powder-coated high-temperature resistant finish. The cooking surface is a 10mm cordierite stone baking board that is placed inside the oven， measuring in at 13.25 X 13.25 inches. Gas ignition is built-in， and the temperature is adjustable. The Ooni Koda 12 is compatible with large propane tanks normally used for barbecuing， as well as small 1lb tanks with a suitable adapter.
